1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your Rebounder for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Any accessories or parts included with the product must also be returned.
• The Rebounder must not have been assembled or used (testing the product for defects or issues is fine, but heavy use is not eligible for return).

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Products that are damaged, worn, or modified.
• Products missing the original packaging or accessories.
• Sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.

4. How to Initiate a Return

• Contact our customer service team at fitnessatchangeme@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate your return.
• Please provide your order number and reason for return.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your Rebounder.

6. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange the Rebounder for a different model or size, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

8. Defective or Damaged Items

If your Rebounder arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will offer a replacement at no extra cost to you.
